Studio CIC is a full-service architecture and design firm based in St. Louis, Missouri, specializing in residential new construction, renovations, and additions—while also engaging a wide range of project types beyond the home. 

Founded in 2020 by architect Cassandra Cook, the boutique studio draws on her diverse experience in New York City, St. Louis, and Salt Lake City. Her portfolio spans commercial and cultural facilities, performance and entertainment venues, medical clinics, single-family and multi-family housing, mixed-use developments, and historic preservation projects. This breadth of work fuels her ability to think beyond convention and craft thoughtful, inventive solutions for complex design challenges. 

Studio CIC aims to shape spaces that enrich the lives of those who experience them. Cassandra believes exceptional design and cost-conscious decision-making can—and should—coexist, and she approaches every project with a commitment to finding that balance.
